Part-Time Style Advisor

We are looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Style Advisors to join the Tribe at our SoHo NYC Pop-Up! As a 12th Tribe Stylist, you will be a fashion-forward brand ambassador who is passionate about our brand. You should be a team-player who is goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets. You will provide unforgettable customer experiences and build authentic and genuine relationships.

Position Overview:

-Consistently meet or exceed the financial, operational, and visual expectations of 12th Tribe

-Achieve an environment for our clients that is reflective of the 12th Tribe aesthetic and company values

-Develop a comprehensive level of product knowledge and successfully translating this information to our clients

-Generate sales through effective client building and contributing to the growth of the 12th Tribe client base

-Consistently maintain upbeat energy and pace on the sales floor.-Maintain a high level of awareness and concern for inventory control and loss prevention.

-Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

-Flexibility in hours of peak periods will be required

-Based in NYC

-Retail experience is required

-Previous experience building client relations and clienteling preferred

-Passion for 12th Tribe

-Strong initiative and innate leadership capabilities

-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

-The ability to think and act quickly while maintaining composure in any circumstance

-A love for fashion, keeping up with trends and a knack for styling 12th Tribe
