Where is your store located?
We're located on Abbot Kinney in Venice Beach,CA! Our address is 1333 Abbot Kinney Boulevard, right next to Inteligencia!
What are your store hours?
We're open everyday 11-7pm.
Do you have the same products in-store as online?
We carry a large portion of our newest drops in-store, but not every piece since we are a small boutique location! However, we love to surprise our IRL shoppers with exclusive pieces and limited-edition finds! If you see something online and want to try it in person, give us a call or text us at the store. In-Store Styling Appointments
Do you offer personal styling sessions?
Yes! Whether you're shopping for a special event, updating your wardrobe, or just want to treat yourself, our stylists are here to help you feel your best. We offer complimentary styling appointments M-F!
How do I book an appointment?
You can book your styling session HERE or call the boutique during business hours. Walk-ins are welcome for styling, but we recommend booking ahead to guarantee your time slot for a session.
How long is a styling session?
Sessions typically last 30–60 minutes depending on your needs. Let us know what you're looking for when booking and we’ll tailor the experience just for you!
Is there a fee?
Styling appointments are complimentary!
Do you offer group styling sessions or private shopping?
We do! Perfect for birthdays, bachelorette parties, or just a girls’ day out. Email us at [email protected] to set something up.
Orders & Returns
Can I return online orders in-store?
Yes! Bring your item and your order confirmation within 14 days and you can either exchange or return for store-credit. We do not offer refunds in the store at this time.
Can I return in-store purchases online?
Yes you can, please reach out to our CS and returns team on our website for more information.
Do you offer exchanges?
Absolutely. Whether you shop online or in person, we want you to love what you got. Just make sure items are unworn, with tags, and brought back within 14 days of purchasing.
Shipping & Pickup
Do you offer local pickup for online orders?
Not at this time! But you can call us in-store and we are happy to place an order for you over the phone and ship items directly to you.
Payment & Gift Cards
What payment methods do you accept in-store?
In-store we are cashless but do accept credit-card, apple pay, store credit and gift cards from our online store!
Additional Questions
How should I care for my swimsuit?
To maintain the pristine condition of your swimsuit, we recommend hand washing it separately with cold water and a gentle soap after each use. Avoid soaking and dry it in the shade. Do not pack wet suits with other garments and avoid keeping them balled up, especially when wet. Please refrain from dry cleaning and minimize contact with sunscreens, oils, chlorine, and rough surfaces to prevent fading and damage to the fabric. For sanitary reasons, we ask that you try on items over underwear.
